I agree. Zappos and Comcast cares really are shinning examples of how to use Twitter to support your brand and build relationships.

Wegmans Food Market does have a Twitter feed: http://twitter.com/Wegmans. They've got close to a 1,000 followers, but only appear to retweet positive things said about them by others on Twitter. They too could learn a lot from Whole Foods.

Hi there! I like your idea of tying Twitter in with FORTUNE's list. I'm a big fan of Zappos too – they've gotten so many great team members to embrace Twitter!

We feel very lucky to be included in their list. However, Quicken Loans is not “Quicken.” It's a common misconception that we're the same company, but we're not at all. We just share naming rights! So, you can find Quicken Loans (#29) at twitter.com/quickenloans. Quicken has a great Twitter account too, but we're very proud of our own and our place on the list.
